1. Acceptable use
Use the tools for lawful purposes and on images you have the right to handle. Do not try to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to process material that is illegal or that you are not permitted to alter. The tools are provided for your own everyday image work.
2. The service
The tools are provided free and run on your device. Because the processing happens on your machine, the output is yours to check and use. We cannot be responsible for a compressed, resized, or converted file beyond providing tools that behave as described.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that every image will process flawlessly or that the service will be uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MiniPix.io is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including any loss tied to a processed image.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is material we will revise the date above. Continuing to use MiniPix.io after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms. See also our privacy policy and the image compressor itself.
